How do I cancel my subscription?
In the app: Go to Account → Subscription → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
On the web: Go to your Account page → Subscription → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Go to Account → tap your profile avatar → Delete Account. You'll verify your identity and receive a confirmation code via email.
On the web: Send an email to support@viobean.com from the email address associated with your account. We'll confirm the deletion within 48 hours.
Deleting your account permanently removes all your practice history, progress, and any active subscription.
What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Pro Max?
All plans include unlimited access to Reading, Listening, and Grammar practice with AI explanations. The plans differ in how many Writing and Speaking sessions you get each month:
- Free — 3 credits/month
- Pro — 20 credits/month
- Pro Max — 200 credits/month

Viobean explains answers in your native language, identifies your weak areas, and helps you learn from mistakes so you're truly ready for exam day.
What exam does Viobean cover?
Viobean currently supports TELC B1 and TELC B2, covering all exam sections — Reading, Listening, Grammar, Writing, and Speaking. We're expanding to more levels and certificates like Goethe in the future.
